Hi! I’m Isabella Spina, founder of Spina Wellness Club, a Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, Personal Trainer, and devoted Mat Pilates and Yoga Instructor.
My wellness journey started at a young age. I struggled with anxiety as a young girl, which later manifested into stomach issues by the time I was in middle school. I’ve been diagnosed with a number of gastrointestinal and hormonal imbalances—all while trying to navigate the ups and downs of being a “normal” teen dealing with racing thoughts that kept me up at night. All I wanted was to feel well again. It always came back to simply being “well” for me.
I started following wellness creators and doing research on what I could do to heal my gut naturally. I didn’t want to rely on the long list of medications I was given by doctors—everything felt contradictory, and I only felt worse. I remember the moment I stopped taking all the prescriptions and started exploring natural remedies based on my own research. For the first time, I started seeing real results. I shifted my diet, learned about mindfulness and meditation, and experimented with different kinds of movement. Over the years, I figured out what worked for me and what didn’t. Some days were harder than others, and I often got discouraged, but with patience and compassion for myself, I finally found a rhythm that felt right for my body.
I’m always open to trying new things, and I’m not saying there aren’t still bumps in the road—but having a grounding wellness routine to return to has changed everything. That’s something I believe everyone deserves. Becoming an IIN Health Coach felt like a dream, and when it came time to graduate high school, I knew in my heart this was the path for me. I just want to help people feel well.
In addition to health coaching, I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Mat Pilates, and Yoga instructor. Pilates, in particular, has transformed not just my body, but my mindset and soul. It’s a practice I wholeheartedly believe in and love to share with others. I currently offer private virtual Pilates sessions, which are thoughtfully customized to support your physical and emotional wellbeing—from anywhere in the world.
My goal is to help you find what works best for you and your unique body. I want to help you build a healthy, sustainable lifestyle that you genuinely look forward to living. Just like I eventually learned to trust my own intuition, I want to empower you to do the same. You know what’s best for your body—I’m simply here to guide you, support you, and share all the tips, tools, and encouragement along the way.
